Elizabeth Fraser Iliff Warren, having inherited wealth from first husband Iliff, had a house built in 1887 on West Cliff Drive with second husband Warren. Her stepson William Iliff built a house next door in 1911 (SWC Chapter One, item (7), page 5). Both houses survive today (images of both in SWC).
